Privacy notice (draft)

Draft for owner and legal review. Do not treat it as a final, reviewed privacy policy. It describes what the site actually does today.

• Contact form submissions: name, email, optional phone and message
• Newsletter subscriptions: email, chosen regions and interests, consent record
• Facility claims: contact details, role and supporting evidence
• Account data if you create one: email and profile details
• Standard server and analytics data once analytics is configured

To answer inquiries, review facility claims, send email you explicitly asked for, and operate the directory.

Contact details are shared with a facility only where you tick the box asking us to. Submitting an inquiry is not consent to share your details with every facility, supplier or advertiser.

You can unsubscribe from email at any time and can ask us to delete your submissions by emailing hello@indoorgolftexas.com.

Advertising and analytics vendors are not loaded on this site yet. When they are, this notice will name them and describe consent handling before they go live.
